Each uses a custom Digi solution to send attractive, fully branded HTML emails to customers and prospects. Each email includes hotel photos and links to centrally produced brochures on the brand and the specific hotel. The same system also sends proposals, quotes and contracts and any other Word or PDF document.
Each hotel Manager can quickly measure how well the system is used by each person in their C&B team. They can easily see who is taking enquiries, who responds by email, which customers show
interest by viewing what is sent and how each person
follows up to develop opportunities into sales revenue.
