Challenge
At the first point of contact with a customer Exor would provide an overview of the process on an interactive CD-Rom. However updating these CDs was costly, as Exor had to use an outside agency and would frequently have to bear the cost of dumping out-of-date product as things changed.

Solution
Digi-products provided Exor with a digital marketing system with branded templates that allowed them to create their own interactive presentations quickly and easily, removing the need for CD production. The system also allowed Exor to send personalised, professional-looking e-mails to prospects, based on templates, and embed the interactive presentation and/or PDFs, and receive e-mail alerts at the exact moment the targets were viewing the content.

Benefits
Exor was able to make significant cost savings through being able to create its own interactive presentations, and to send them out electronically. The e-mail alerts meant that the sales team were able to target their resources more effectively, following up the right leads at the right time.

Exor have also benefited from Digi-products in-built reporting which has allowed them to know which users are sending out which materials, and consequently monitor and improve performance across the team.
