Challenge
As the UK´s leading online formation agent, @UKPlc has around 140,000 low value customers. The big challenge for @UKPlc however, is to turn those low value customers into high value ones by selling them further products. But prospecting to such a large contact base is no small feat for a large company, let alone a small company with finite sales resources.
Solution
Digi-products built a customised direct marketing system which allowed @UKPlc to replace their labour intensive print mailouts with highly personalised electronic mailouts. Because of @UKPlc´s requirement for mass mailing, and their total commitment to electronic working, the company invested in their own server which Digi-products host on their behalf.
